HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

The Human Resource Department is responsible for managing and developing the human resources of the Municipal Assembly. It supports staff recruitment, placement, training, performance management, career development, staff welfare, and other personnel-related activities.

The Department also promotes effective workforce planning and ensures that staff development initiatives are aligned with the objectives of the Municipal Assembly.
