KWAEBIBIREM MUN. ASSEMBLY HOLDS DEVELOPMENT SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING ON 3/07/25

REPORT FROM THE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING
HELD ON THURSDAY 3RD JULY, 2025 AT THE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HALL TO
THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Members of the Development Planning sub-committee met on Thursday, 3rd July, 2025 in accordance with
subsection (1) of section 19 of the Local Governance Act, 2016 (Act 936).
The following underlisted recommendations were made.

  1. The committee recommends that, honorable Assembly Members should be given prior notice on activities
    to be held in their communities
  2. The committee recommended that, Assembly Members should give management the list of all
    unmotorable roads within their electoral area
  3. The committee recommended that management should have list of all abandon projects in various
    communities
    In conclusion, the Sub-Committee outlined the above to be forwarded to the Executive Committee for the
    necessary action to be taken.
