DECISIONS MADE BY FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIION SUB-COMMITTEE HELD ON 29TH APRIL, 2024 AT MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HALL, KADE
The F & A sub-committee at its sitting on 29th April, 2024 at the Municipal Assembly Hall, made the following recommendations for consideration by the Executive Committee of the Assembly
1. The committee agreed that the Assembly members should help recruit more commission revenue collectors.
2. To intensify monitoring of revenue collectors at the market and other revenue points in order to increase total revenue and reduce leakages.
3. Intensify rate payment sensitization in the various electoral areas.
4. An Adhoc committee should be formed to help educate collectors to improve revenue mobilization. Thus, Ntronang, Bomso and Asuom forming one team and kade, Subi and Adankrono forming another team respectively.
