RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE WORKS SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON THE 22/05/2024 AT THE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HALL TO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Works Sub-Committee meeting held on wenesday22/05/2024 agreed that the following issues be presented to the Executive Committee for consideration and implementation.

1 The committee would like to report that Hon. Albert Konadu was elected as the Chairman of the committee.

2. The committee seeks to find out the status of implementation of the CIP request for the rehabilitation of Asoum market.

3. The Assembly should call upon the project contractor to treat water-containing Government in the year 2023.

4. The Assembly should put measures in place to make the Okyenso-Abaam stretch of road motorable.

5. The Assembly should provide warning signs on the Pramkese-Twumusu stretch of road and also construct speed bumps on the road to reduce frequent vehicular accidents.
