The inaugural Ordinary General Staff Meeting of the Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly was conducted at the Municipal Assembly Hall on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. The goal of the meeting was to greet all members of the assembly management team and talk about important matters that would ensure the assembly’s success this year.
In the first place, Municipal Coordinating Director Mr. Fred Owusu-Akowuah greeted all employees and wished them a good new year. He and the Municipal Chief Executive wished everyone the best of luck in 2024.
Hon. Seth Antwi Boasiako, the Municipal Chief Executive, mostly addressed staff attendance and overall conduct. He commended every employee who arrived at work on time during the past year and encouraged those who did not to do their best to arrive at work every day on time.
The Municipal Human Resources Manager was then given the responsibility of creating and submitting a monthly attendance report to his office by Mr. Fred Owusu-Akowuah, the Municipal Coordinating Director. The assembly’s overall output rate would rise if all employees maintained a positive work environment and cordial connections with one another, he further begged.
In closing, he stated that there would be numerous assessments in 2024 and that employees should do everything in their power to maintain departmental and unit accountability and to get ready for any assessments that might come up.
The Municipal Coordinating Director expressed his gratitude to all staff for attending the meeting and wished everyone well in their various endeavors, after further deliberations, suggestions and discussions
