KWAEBIBIREM MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HOLDS IT SECOND MANAGEMENT MEETING ON 17/07/2026.

The Municipal Assembly held a second Management Meeting on 17th July 2026 at the Municipal Assembly Hall to review ongoing development activities, departmental performance, and decisions from previous meetings.

Key areas discussed included development planning, revenue mobilization, education, agriculture, disaster management, security, roads, and community development.

Management reported progress on several initiatives, including the renovation of the Kade Police Station, ongoing revenue mobilization exercises, distribution of oil palm seedlings to farmers, improvement of farm access roads through the DRIP machines, and the insurance of Assembly vehicles.

Departments also provided updates on their activities and challenges. The Ghana Fire Service highlighted the urgent need for a new fire tender, while the Birth and Death Registry reported on birth and death registrations and plans for a mass registration exercise. The Fisheries Department also reported on efforts to support fish farmers and reduce fish mortality.

The meeting further discussed plans to improve school infrastructure, protect Assembly lands, renovate the Municipal Assembly offices, strengthen revenue mobilization, support field officers, and improve coordination among departments and community stakeholders.

Management reaffirmed its commitment to addressing outstanding challenges and implementing decisions aimed at improving service delivery, development, revenue generation, and the well-being of communities within the municipality.
