REPORT ON WORKS SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD AT KWAEBIBIREM MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY CONFERENCE HALL ON 11TH JULY, 2023 TUESDAY 27TH JUNE-2023
RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY THE WORKS SUB-COMMITTEE TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The works Sub-committee meeting held on 11th july,2023 agreed that the following recommendation should be presented to the Executive Committee for recommendation and implementation.
- The committee seeks to find out the status of implementation of the request for the provision of warning signs on the Adankrono-Pramkese stretch of road.
- The Municipal Assembly should replace all defective streetlights within the Municipality and provide additional ones to enhance visibility at night.
- The Municipal Assembly should provide resource to the Works Department to enable development control activities to be effective.
The committee seeks to find out the status of implementations of the requests submitted by Assembly members on community initiated projects
