REPORT OF SOCIAL SERVICE SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 11^TH JULY, 2025 AT MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY CONFERENCE HALL, KADE

The following haves been recommended to EXECO from the social services sub-committee held on the 11^th July 2025, for consideration.

1. Roofing sheet and Shortages of School Desk: The Committee had a lot of complains over their school facility within their communities. They complain over the leakages of their school buildings and shortages of school Desk. The committee recommended that the Assembly should consider supplying the various schools with Roofing Sheet and School Desk
2. Completion of health facilities at these towns; Nkwantanang, Otumi,and Mpeasem health facilities. The committee complained over the problems they are facing with the health facility they are currently relying on, so they recommended that as a matter of urgency the Assembly should consider to complete the facility and commission it.
3. Cesspool Emptier for sanitation purposes: Sanitation issue was also a topical issue during the committee’s discussion so the committee recommended that the Assembly should consider purchasing a Cesspool Emptier for the municipality.
